Phase two
We created the advanced phase of Strong Core as so many women and mums commited to and LOVED phase 1.
We also believe that intentional core training should ALWAYS be part of your training program.
So heres your next step:
4 weeks of
3 x 15 min sessions
that you can do before or after training, in between sets or at home (with minimal equipment)
Why should you always train your core?
At Strong Mummas Club we believe our core is the foundation of our strength.
This includes your abs, pelvic floor and lower back.
A strong core is not just a 6 pack or abs. Its the whole middle of our body that holds us.
Its our posture, our performance in our chose sports, our breathing, our ability to lift heavy things including children.
It is literally everything, getting up off the floor, playing with the kids, carrying groceries... its just constant.
To us - and hopefully you now, it just makes sense to always train it.
We hope you enjoy this phase as much as phase one.
She's spicy but shes worth it.
