Courts and Caity here

We've been working with women in fitness for over a combined 25 years..

Safe to say we've helped over hundreds of women build their core strength (and more)

In fact we believe its not only our role but our duty to educate women on the function of the entire core. This includes your abs, pelvic floor and lower back.

We believe in breathing well and correctly engaging your core through ALL planes of movement. Thats extension and flexion (think arching and crunching your back), rotation (twisting movements) and bi laterally (kind of like across your body- right arm left leg kind of thing)

This isnt only for foundational strength through prenatal, pregnancy and post natal, but also for your entire life to help you maintain strength through functional movements.

Like picking things up off the floor, carrying things over head, picking up and twisting kids in and out of carseats, carrying a baby, breast feeding and everything else life throws at you (training, stress, injury, carrying groceries etc)

This is why Strong Core was born.

To help you focus on your core as a huge part of your forever training.

Add these sessions to your warm ups, your cools down, in between sets or even just for extra core when you have a spare 15 mins.
