We created our Strong Core program to help you focus on your core as a huge part of your forever training.
We often forget to train our core intentionally - in all planes of movement. After working with over hundreds of women in the prenatal, pregnancy and post partum space we believe that a strong core creates a strong mum.
It is the foundation of how we move, breath, play and live.
Add in these sessions to your weekly movement or during your trainings sessions at the gym.
At Strong Mummas Club, we believe its not only our role but our duty to educate women on the function of the entire core. This includes your abs, pelvic floor and lower back.
We believe in breathing well and correctly engaging your core through ALL planes of movement. Thats extension and flexion (think arching and crunching your back), rotation (twisting movements) and bi laterally (kind of like across your body- right arm left leg kind of thing)
This isnt only for foundational strength through prenatal, pregnancy and post natal, but also for your entire life to help you maintain strength through functional movements.
Like picking things up off the floor, carrying things over head, picking up and twisting kids in and out of carseats, carrying a baby, breast feeding and everything else life throws at you (training, stress, injury, carrying groceries etc)
This is why Strong Core was born.
A strong core starts with this program, and we encourage you to keep training after you finish it.
